Responsibilities * Develop and interpret complex financial models for real estate projects and investments.

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence and business analysis to present data-driven insights.
• Lead or contribute to project management focusing on timelines and successful delivery of client objectives.
• Build and deliver compelling pitch decks and investment memos for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in strategic problem-solving and design presentations to support business growth.
• Collaborate with and mentor your team to ensure accountability and foster professional growth.
• Efficiently manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

Requirements * Minimally, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or equivalent) is a plus.

• At least 2+ years of experience in real estate advisory or a similar discipline.
• Strong expertise in financial modelling, business analysis, and presenting investment opportunities.
• Proven experience in project management and working with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a keen business acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for team leadership and mentorship.
