Roles and Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide implementation support for Scheme for setting up Semiconductor / Display Fabs facility in India in India along with any other scheme / activities related to semiconductor/display manufacturing.
- Evaluation of proposals and engage with potential investors in the semiconductor domain.
- Engage with global technology majors, government stakeholders, industry, academia, and experts for facilitating semiconductor manufacturing in India.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of Semiconductor Packaging (ATMP / OSAT) and advise on policy initiatives required to facilitate investments in the sector.
Essential Qualification
- Masters in Microelectronics / relevant engineering field from premier institute.
- Minimum 5-years of relevant industrial / academic experience.
- Candidates with Ph.D. degree, work experience will not be required.
- Ability to work in teams and independently take responsibility of delivering results.
- Exposure of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong coordination, communication, research and analytical skills.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Power-Point.
Preferred Qualification
- Ph.D. in Microelectronics / relevant engineering field (for candidates with Ph.D. qualification, work experience requirements will be relaxed).
