Envestnet is seeking a passionate and talented Lead - Scrum and Agile Practice to join our Scrum and Agile Practice team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Agile Expertise. Champion and reinforce Agile principles in the Scrum framework for 2-3 teams
• Psychological Safety. Promote a safe environment for team members to express ideas, ask questions, and voice concerns constructively.
• Growth Mindset. Foster continuous improvement by guiding the team to self-reflect, identify opportunities, be open and transparent about failure, and improve through experimentation.
• Predictability. Capture metrics and team health data to improve forecasts and help the team maintain a sustainable pace.
• Flexibility. Be curious. Provide the right amount of support with the goal of leading the team to learn and maintain healthy Agile habits and become self-managing.
• Support: Remove impediments that would prevent the team from achieving its sprint and release goals (internal and external to the team).
• Advocate: Support organizational objectives and participate in new process

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of CRM and API development
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Professional experience in the financial services industry
