Job Description
Our SAP Sucessfactor service line is currently looking for SuccessFactors professionals with expertise on Employee Central Core, Time Off, Timesheet, Benefits, and also experience in SAP HCM with hands-on experience. Should have the ability to analyze technical needs, and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans.
You are required to have skills in the following areas :
- The candidate should have rich experience in SuccessFactors employee Central Core, Time Off, Timesheet, Benefits, and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools
- Minimum 6 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits
- should have basic knowledge of EC Payroll
- Minimum 6 Support project experience
- Should be able to lead the team for the EC implementation project
- The candidate has worked with the client directly/Independently
- Good Team Player with High Confident Level
- Self-motivated individual with a strong background in business Knowledge
- Ready to work at client site
- Ready to work in any shifts
- Ready to travel
