An Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our solar and wind project as SAP Procurement Specialists. Candidates should hold a B.E. or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services for solar projects using the SAP MM module.
Key Competencies:
Manage the end-to-end procurement of materials, equipment, and services for solar projects using the SAP MM module. Create and process purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), service entries, and goods receipts within SAP.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to understand procurement requirements.
Maintain the vendor database and oversee vendor registration, onboarding, and evaluation processes in SAP. Track material movement, inventory levels, and perform stock reconciliations in SAP.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and quality standards. Prepare and present MIS reports, including PR/PO status, delivery schedules, and cost analysis. Support logistics coordination to guarantee timely delivery to project sites.
