About the Role:We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales/Business Development Executive to join our IT services team. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, sales, and building client relationships. The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify prospects, understand client needs, and promote our IT products and services.Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through online research, social media, networking, and cold calling.- Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.- Understand customer requirements and communicate them effectively to the technical team.- Follow up with prospects and maintain the CRM database.- Support senior sales team members in client meetings, demos, and negotiations.- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, email outreach, and events.- Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.Required Skills & Qualifications: Education : MBA in Sales /Marketing , or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Self-motivated and target-oriented.- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (preferred).- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technology environment.Good to Have:- Internship or academic exposure to IT, software, or sales.- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or other lead-generation tools.
