You may be required to travel to our Mumbai/Location office based on business requirements or for company/team events. Cactus Communications is seeking an experienced resource to join our Sales Enablement team. The role focuses on proposal writing, pitch decks creation, and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), aiming to maximize the win rate and drive new business conversion. Job Responsibilities Analyze customer requirements, create proposal plans and develop strategic approaches for winning proposals Write, edit, and proofread proposal and pitch deck content, ensuring compliance with customer requirements Coordinate and communicate deliverables and deadlines with the internal team Ensure timely and accurate completion of RFPs, proposals and bids Tailor content to match specific customer needs and differentiate our services Work closely with cross-functional teams, salespersons, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and relationship building to achieve goals Qualifications and Prerequisites Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and effectively present ideas Experience in content creation and content management, particularly with sales and marketing content will be preferred 4-5 years of experience in proposal writing preferably in the services industry Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Familiarity with the scholarly publishing industry, research landscape, and government agencies is an added advantage Additional Information CACTUS is a culture-driven company powered by its people, their passion, and their inspiration.
