CRY addresses children's critical needs by working with Children, Parents, Communities, Teachers, Officials of District and State and Central Governments, State and National institutes, Universities, Commissions, Legislature, Judiciaries and UN bodies,etc. Over the last 4 decades, CRY has impacted the lives of over 4.7 million children across 20 states in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze child rights-related policies and Programmes in states and National Level.* Lead or support national/regional research studies and generate policy briefs.* Lead policy engagement strategy design and represent CRY in external forums.* Ensure quality and ethical standards in all research, policy analysis, and external engagement, etc.*
Requirements:
Postgraduate in Social Sciences/Human Rights/Law/ Media Studies with strong writing and presentation skills.* More than 10 years of experience in research/policy analysis/advocacy roles in any National or INGO. Preference will be given to such candidates who have worked in Child Rights.* Strong Communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.*
