Consultant Radiologist

at our flagship unit in Kollam.

The Radiologist will be responsible for performing, interpreting, and reporting a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in modern imaging modalities and capable of delivering high-quality diagnostic services in a time-sensitive and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and interpret imaging studies including:

1.5 Tesla MRI

32 Slice CT Scan

Mammography

Digital X-Ray

Ultrasound (USG), 4D & Doppler

Provide comprehensive diagnostic reports with precision and clarity. Work collaboratively with consultants and clinicians to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper communication during all imaging procedures. Supervise Radiology Technicians and ensure compliance with radiation safety and operational standards. Maintain documentation, participate in departmental audits, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives. Keep abreast of advances in radiological technology and implement best practices in diagnostic imaging.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification:

MD / DNB / DMRD in Radiology from a recognized institution.

Experience:

Candidates with significant experience in reporting

MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammogram, and X-Ray

will be given preference. Should possess strong diagnostic interpretation skills and an analytical approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-friendly attitude. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
