We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Associate specializing in Background Verification (BGV) to join our dynamic HR team. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity of our hiring processes and maintaining compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will manage background verification processes and contribute to overall HR operations. Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the end-to-end background verification process for new hires for offshore and onshore as per policy requirements
Review and analyze background verification reports, flagging any discrepancies or issues for further investigation.
Updating internal trackers on all checks/cases and submit metrics
Achieving a low turnaround time for completing checks
Manage relationship with verification agencies and ensure their SLA is met
Liaison with stakeholders for BGV approvals and standards
Respond to employee queries, assisting with HR-related questions and issues
Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives, managing specific tasks
Participate in audits and compliance checks, ensuring HR practices meet audit standards
Assist with other HR processes like onboarding, offboarding, payroll, HRMS processes on need basis
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge on MS applications specifically Excel
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and vendors
