Educational Qualification: B.E /B. Tech/M.E/M. Tech ECE/EEE/EIEExperience (in years): 15+ YearsRole and Responsibilities:
Acting as a Quality subject matter expert/Coach to effectively partner with business areas for the overall quality of
end to end process
Serve as a consultant in process improvement to business leaders, including techniques, process mapping,
procedure development and documentation
Balancing conventional and innovative ways to deploy process intent and execute in a way that fits the business
customers style and maintain consistency across the organization
Act as change agent to roll out the new and changes in process
Work with Business Leaders, decision makers, Systems owners and end users to define relevant (new, remove or
change) Processes
Provides process improvement recommendations and solutions based on specific business needs
Define, refine, review of end to end development Product and Process Quality for new and/or existing systems/sub-
systems- includes Gate review system, Productivity, DFMEA, Quality management.
Candidate should have very strong experience in a leading Tier-1 in automotive electronic product development

Functional Competencies:
Good understanding of automotive electronics development process (Hardware, Software and System)
Able to develop sustainable processes and implement process improvement procedure for technical product and
process analysis
Review or evaluate functional operation of defined process in the intended environment
Coordination with a cross-functional team and bring results
Know-how on RCA tools like 8D, Fishbone analysis, WHY-WHY, 7-step analysis, etc. to for coaching the internal
team
Good understanding of quality gate review mechanisms
