Designation: Consultant – SAP MM WM

Your key responsibilities:

• Resolution of Tickets within SLA
• Achieving TAT as per predefined target
• Keeping Ageing tickets in control
• Identifying and resolving Problem Tickets
• Contributing in various SAP projects as per need and at client location as necessary

What we expect from you:

• Must have sound knowledge of SAP MM/WM modules
• Must have sound knowledge on Organizational structure, Master Data setup and various business processes strategies in relation with SAP MM/WM
• Must have sound knowledge of MM areas like Calculation Schemas, Master Data, STO, Account Determination, Mass Data changes, Output determination, Invoice Verification etc…
• Must have sound knowledge of SAP WM mainly in the area of Inbound, Internal W/H and outbound processes.
• Must have knowledge about the Customer specific developments i.e. Preparing FS document, Testing, User training, knowledge of SAP tables, knowledge of CHARM processes etc...
• Must have knowledge of WM concept of TR/ TO, Put away strategy, Removal strategies, Control Cycles, HUM, Physical Inventory etc...
• Must have proficiency in gathering Business requirements, system design and development, configuration, testing, implementation and providing support
• Must have expertise in project documentation.
• Must have coordination skills with ABAP developers for technical specifications & to understand ABAP debugging techniques to work with user-exits and cross applications.
• Must have thorough understanding of SAP system from business process and cross functional perspective –
• Must have good integration knowledge with other modules mainly PP/QM/SD/PS/CO/VC.
• Must have good integration knowledge with other modules mainly MM/SD/PP/FI-CO.
• Must have earlier exposure on 1 or 2 Implementation / Upgrade / Rollout projects
• Good to have knowledge of EDI will be preferred
• Good to have knowledge about Form developments for TO and Label printings
• Good to have knowledge of Jaggaer tool
• Good to have experience in interacting with international clients
• Willing to travel across globe as per project need.
• Ability to coach and share knowledge with other team members.
• Good to have ITIL knowledge, should be able to handle AMS requirements
• Good to have awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
