Your key responsibilities:

• Proficiency in gathering Business requirements, system design and development, configuration, testing, implementation and providing support
• Resolution of Tickets within SLA and achieving TAT as per predefined target
• Identifying and resolving Problem INCs.

What we expect from you:

• Must have sound knowledge on different SD areas like Organizational structure, Master Data setup and various business processes strategies in relation with SAP SD.
• Must have good communication skill and ability to transform the business requirements to SAP. Able to communicate to other stakeholders effectively.
• Must have earlier exposure on 1 or 2 Implementation / Upgrade / Rollout projects
• Must have sound knowledge of SD related areas like STO, Account Determination, Mass Data changes, Output determination, Pricing, Consignments, 3rd Party Sales process Invoicing etc.
• Must have knowledge about the Customer specific developments i.e. Preparing FS document, Testing, User training, knowledge of SAP tables, knowledge of CHARM processes etc.
• Must have proficiency in gathering Business requirements, system design and development, configuration, testing, implementation and providing support
• Must have expertise in project documentation.
• Must have exposure on Agile methodologies.
• Must have coordination skills with ABAP developers for technical specifications & to understand ABAP debugging techniques to work with user-exits and cross applications.
• Must have thorough understanding of SAP system from business process and cross functional perspective –
• Must have good integration knowledge with other modules mainly MM/WM/QM and FI-CO.
• Good to have knowledge of Consignor and SAP TMS system will be preferred
• Good to have knowledge of EDI will be preferred
• Good to have experience in interacting with international clients
• Willing to travel across globe as per project need.
• Ability to coach and share knowledge with other team members.
• Good to have ITIL knowledge, should be able to handle AMS requirements.
• Good to have awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
