Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed

psychological assessments

including clinical interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and psychometric testing. Deliver

individual, couple, family, and group therapy

using evidence-based approaches (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed therapy). Provide

specialized therapy

for clients with depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, personality disorders, child/adolescent difficulties, and other psychological concerns. Maintain accurate

case records, progress notes, and treatment plans

in line with professional and organizational standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, pediatricians, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure

holistic client care

. Offer

psychoeducation sessions, workshops, and wellness programs

for schools, corporates, and community groups. Contribute to

training, supervision, and mentoring

of psychology interns and junior staff. Ensure adherence to

ethical guidelines, confidentiality policies, and RCI/licensing standards

. Engage in

continuous professional development (CPD)

and stay updated on the latest psychological research and therapeutic methods.

Qualifications & Requirements

Master's / M.Phil. / Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Applied Psychology from a recognized institution. RCI Registration (for Clinical Psychologists) will be given preference. Minimum

2-5 years of clinical/therapeutic experience

in a mental health or healthcare setting. Strong expertise in administering and interpreting

psychological assessments

. Proficiency in

therapeutic modalities

such as CBT, DBT, Hypnotherapy, or Trauma-focused therapies. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

to work with diverse clients and teams. Ability to handle

sensitive and confidential information

with professionalism and integrity.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
