Job Description

We are seeking passionate, empathetic, and experienced

Consultant Psychologists

to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and mental health support to clients across various age groups and conditions. You will also contribute to group sessions, wellness workshops, and inter-professional collaboration as part of a dynamic therapeutic team.

Qualifications:



Master's Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology (MA/MSc) Additional certifications in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or mindfulness (added advantage) Minimum 1 year of supervised clinical experience (internship/training included) Strong verbal and written communication in

English and Malayalam

Comfortable with in-person and online therapy sessions Ability to maintain ethical standards, client confidentiality, and professional integrity

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions Administer psychometric assessments, interpret results, and prepare reports Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, REBT, etc. Maintain detailed case notes, progress records, and follow-ups as per clinic protocols Collaborate with psychiatrists, pediatricians, and medical professionals when required Participate in internal team case discussions and professional development programs Provide guidance and mentorship to psychology interns (if applicable) Optionally contribute to wellness workshops, awareness campaigns, and corporate sessions Uphold client confidentiality, clinical ethics, and high standards of care Engage in continuous learning and upgrade professional knowledge
