We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist to join our growing healthcare team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in Psychiatry (MD or DPM) after completing their MBBS. We welcome both experienced professionals and fresh graduates to apply for this position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations of patients. 2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. 3. Administer and monitor medication regimens as needed. 4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. 6. Stay abreast of advancements in psychiatry and incorporate new practices into treatment plans. 7. Participate in regular case conferences and clinical meetings. 8. Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies. 9. Comply with all relevant ethical, legal, and professional standards. Qualifications: 1. MD or DPM in Psychiatry after MBBS. 2. Valid medical license to practice in Karnataka. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. 5. Empathy and sensitivity to the diverse needs of patients. 6. Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
