evelops and writes content for WSP proposals, discussion papers, Grants, collateral and other marketing deliverables S
erves as an author for sections on proposals to convey technical information simply and to tell our story P
rovides copy editing, proofreading, and final reviews for our proposals and marketing deliverables H
elps edit down copy to meet page limitations D
elivers high-quality writing for proposals and presentations, including gathering information through research, statistical reports, and interviews with technical staff L
everages resources across the firm to support all stages of the pursuit and differentiate WSP to the client S
upports the development of differentiators, value propositions, and key messages A
pplies new technologies and innovations across the business for proposals and presentations, including creative media approaches and other types of digital tools P
rovides support/guidance to the proposal development and delivery team and ensures the greatest possibility of success by supporting compliance, readability, quality and sales messaging of pursuit related materials O
n an as-needed basis, supports marketing coordinators and managers with proposal production O
ther duties as assigned B
achelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in Engineering, journalism or English F
rench competency level B2 is prerequisite. 5
+ years of experience in a relevant role A
bility to write and produce stellar, compelling content under tight deadlines U
nderstanding of journalistic writing styles, including the inverted pyramid approach A
