ssist Senior project managers / project managers in developing Project Controls Systems specific to the Project including:

+ etting up WBS

+ et up Progress Measurement System (PMS)

+ evelop the Schedule, S-Curves and Manpower Histograms
C
+ ost Loading of Programs (as required)
B
+ aseline the Schedule
M
+ onitoring project progress against the plan, so that any problems are recognised promptly.
R
+ eport on progress and earned value, to support financial forecasting and any necessary corrective action.
A
ssist Senior project managers / project managers / planners for monitoring project risks, issues, resources, and CPM and assist in providing solutions complying with WSP and the Client's standards and codes.
T
o interface daily with the Senior project managers / project managers / planners to ascertain reasons for delays & capturing project change.
L
ead a performance culture, incorporating the WSP values, which develops individuals' capability through an active performance management process, so that not only delivery for the company is enhanced but also the skills, capability and personal satisfaction of an individual is maximised.
A
ny other GCC Water team related assignment as entrusted by Line Manager/HOD.

dvance level expertise in using Power Bi/ MS Excel/ Word for developing tools and dashboards for internal and external stakeholder communications.
