Physiotherapist

Role Summary:

The Physiotherapist will deliver evidence-based rehabilitation and movement therapy, uphold SPARRC's clinical philosophy, and guide patients through recovery with clarity, empathy and scientific precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed physical assessments and identify musculoskeletal issues Create structured, personalised treatment plans Provide manual therapy and exercise prescription rooted in scientific principles Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with referring physicians Educate patients on posture, injury prevention and lifestyle modifications Work collaboratively with Fitness Advisors and multidisciplinary teams Contribute to workshops, patient awareness sessions and SPARRC community programs

Requirements:

BPT or MPT from a recognised institution Strong clinical reasoning skills Excellent communication and patient interaction capabilities Ability to work proactively in a high-volume clinical environment Experience preferred, but freshers with strong fundamentals may apply
