. The candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation and therapeutic programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities
:
Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions through clinical evaluation.
Design personalized treatment and exercise plans for patients.
Provide hands-on physiotherapy and rehabilitation services.
Monitor and record patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and families on post-treatment home care and exercises.
Collaborate with physicians, orthopedic specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain patient records and documentation as per medical standards.
Participate in health camps and community awareness programs if required.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree (BPT) or Master's degree (MPT) in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with the State Council or Indian Association of Physiotherapists.
Clinical experience of 1-3 years preferred (freshers with good skills may apply).
Strong communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
