About the Role:

We are hiring a

qualified and compassionate MPT Physiotherapist

who can

join immediately

and is

comfortable with home visits

in case of emergency or patient need.

This role demands a professional who can provide effective physiotherapy interventions both

in-clinic and at home

, with empathy and a strong commitment to patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

comprehensive physiotherapy assessments

and develop customized treatment plans. Deliver

in-clinic and home-based physiotherapy sessions

based on patient conditions. Treat patients with post-surgery recovery needs, stroke rehabilitation, orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary conditions. Monitor and record patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and caregivers about exercises, posture correction, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate treatment documentation and share progress updates with the clinical head. Coordinate with doctors, caregivers, and the operations team for holistic patient care. Attend

emergency home visits

when required. Adhere to hygiene, safety, and patient handling protocols during every session.

Skills & Qualifications:

Master's in Physiotherapy (MPT)

- specialization in Orthopedics, Neurology, or Cardio-Pulmonary preferred.

1-4 years of experience

in clinical or home physiotherapy. Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills. Sound knowledge of physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation programs. Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and reporting. Willingness to travel locally for patient visits.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Compensation:

Salary Range:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Additional Allowance:

Travel allowance for home visits (as per policy).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
