Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care:

Assesses patients' physical conditions, develops personalized treatment plans, and implements interventions to help patients achieve recovery goals.

Consulting and Advisory:

Provides expert advice on physiotherapy principles, techniques, and treatment protocols to other healthcare professionals, facilities, or individuals.

Practice Development:

Assists in developing or improving physiotherapy practices, including designing programs, implementing new technologies, or improving patient flow.

Team Management:

May involve supervising and mentoring junior physiotherapists or other staff within a physiotherapy practice.

Education and Training:

Educates patients, their families, or other healthcare professionals on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintains accurate records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress.

Collaboration:

Works effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
