Key Responsibilities

:

Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions, from acute illnesses to chronic diseases and developmental disorders. Conduct thorough physical exams and assess children's medical history to determine accurate diagnoses. Provide preventive healthcare, including immunizations and wellness check-ups. Manage children with chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, and congenital disorders. Provide expert care for newborns, including management of neonatal conditions and advice on early childhood development. Advise parents and caregivers on proper nutrition, behavior, and development milestones. Interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., lab results, X-rays) and recommend appropriate treatments or further diagnostic procedures. Counsel and educate parents on important health topics, including vaccination schedules, disease prevention, and general child care. Manage pediatric emergencies, including trauma, infectious diseases, and acute illnesses. Coordinate care with other specialists, including pediatric surgeons, cardiologists, and pediatric oncologists, as needed. Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in compliance with medical regulations and confidentiality standards. Stay current with the latest pediatric research, treatments, and advancements in healthcare for children.

Qualifications

:

Medical degree (M.D.) or equivalent. Board certification in Pediatrics. Valid medical license to practice in Bengaluru Karnataka. Proven experience as a Pediatrician, with a solid understanding of common childhood illnesses, conditions, and treatments. Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and communication skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with both children and their families. Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-focused approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
