We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Pathologist

to join our dynamic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and validating test results, ensuring quality control, participating in clinical consultations, and contributing to continuous improvement in laboratory practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and validate test results from advanced diagnostic equipment including:

ROCHE Cobas e 411

- Hormone analysis

Mini Vidas

- Hormone analysis

AGAPPE Mispa Nano Plus & Mispa i3

- Biochemistry analysis

AGAPPE Mispa HX50 & ERBA H360

- Hematology analysis

SENSA CORE ST 200

- Electrolyte analysis Supervise laboratory operations to ensure high standards of accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Maintain compliance with NABH and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with clinical staff and healthcare professionals to provide diagnostic insights. Review quality control data and address any deviations or technical issues. Guide and support laboratory technicians and staff. Stay updated with the latest developments in clinical pathology and laboratory medicine.

Qualifications:

MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Pathology from a recognized institution. Valid medical license/registration (as per local medical council). Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pathologist in a hospital setting. Proficiency in interpreting tests related to biochemistry, hematology, hormones, and electrolytes.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with automated analyzers and laboratory information systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards in diagnostic accuracy and patient care.
