The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, reviewing and optimisation of Performance Marketing campaigns whilst supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.

Location: PuneKey Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of SME sellers running ads on a digital marketplace platform.
Understand sellers' business goals and recommend relevant marketplace ad solutions.
Proactively provide performance updates and insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Drive account retention and increase seller media spends based on performance insights.
Maintain timely documentation, call notes, follow-up schedules, and CRM hygiene.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for consultations, seller engagement, and media spend growth.
Act as a single point of contact for all client communication, escalations, and renewals.
Maintain a disciplined, organized approach to work and be comfortable with fixed working hours.
Qualifications
6 months -1 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Flipkart, or Amazon ads preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to explain ad performance in simple terms to SME sellers.
Proficiency in Hindi or English (both preferred). Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail and time sensitivity.
Self-starter with a learning mindset, strong ownership and a customer-first attitude.
Comfortable with campaign dashboards, Excel/Sheets, and CRM tools.
Should be comfortable working from office in Pune location.
