We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatrician Specialist to join our clinic in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric medicine, with a commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services to our young patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough examinations on newborns and young children to check and record their health and normal physical development.
Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions, illnesses and injuries.
Administer vaccinations and recommend preventative care.
Discuss treatment options and procedures directly with caregivers.
Monitor and manage the health and progress of pediatric patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, including electronic health records.
Educate caregivers and family members on proper pediatric care including nutrition, immunizations, and preventive healthcare measures. and at-home treatment.
Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in pediatric medicine and implement evidence-based practices in daily clinical activities.
Requirements:
Medical Degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate degree in Paediatrics (MD/DNB) with valid registration.
Proven experience as a Paediatrician, with a minimum of 2 years of clinical practice.
Valid medical license to practice in Karnataka, India.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
