In this role, you will function as P2P Functional lead and will be responsible for understanding the client requirements, business process and implement on existing Oracle EBS R12 application. You should have an end-to-end understanding of Procure to pay life cycle, knowledge of Order to Cash, Inventory and Project accounting business process.Responsibilities

• You will have an opportunity to work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problems & design the solution that fits into the customer needs.
• Your role will function as a Functional Lead, provide solution for P2P business requirements using either configuration of standard functionality or design extentions/enhancements & integrations and add additional value to the deliverables.
• Lead requirements gathering, CRP sessions, Functional solution design reviews with business team
• Conduct review meetings and obtain sign-off for the functional deliverables (such as requirements, functional design, use cases, configuration documents, test cases).
• Participate in end to end project lifecycle activities in SDLC.
• Independently propose and implement strategic/tactical solutions to critical business/technical problems.
• Regular interactions with business SMEs, business IT team and product vendor for clarifications, requirement discussions, discussions around solution/approach etc.
• Deliver high quality deliverables within the agreed deadlines.
• Support for QA/UAT & Regression testing, co-ordinate with product vendor for resolving the testing issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies/business areas, so as to contribute effectively to market

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• CA/CPA/MBA/M.Com/B Tech/ MCA
• Good customer interaction, written & verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience on Oracle EBS 11i or R12 implementation and support projects as functional lead/consultant.
• Experience on Oracle P2P implementation and support projects.
• Experience on Oracle SCM Modules (INV, PO, OM etc.,)
• Advanced procurement knowledge AME, complex POs, BPAs, iProc punchout, iSupplier, eInvoicing etc.
• Knowledge of Accounts payable and inventory desirable.
• Basic knowledge of order management.
• Work experience of custom interfaces and legacy integrations.
• Experience in conducting Requirement, CRP & Design workshops.
• Experienced in documentations like TE020, TE050 BP80, BR100, MD050 etc.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Experience on Test case creation and execution of QA/SIT & UAT testing.
• Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a professional manner, be flexible and handle interactions with all levels of the organization, development team and with external client teams
