We are hiring a qualified Optometrist to join our team at a leading retail optical brand in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in optometry and be comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment. Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform accurate eye testing and vision checks for walk-in and appointment-based customers

2. Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and advise on lens options and frames

3. Educate customers on eye care, lens usage, and product options

4. Support the sales team by providing technical assistance during product selection

5. Ensure clinical quality standards and hygiene protocols are maintained

6. Handle pre- and post-sales queries related to prescriptions and eye health

7. Maintain customer records accurately and update the system as required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's or Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution

2. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Optometrist, preferably in a retail/optical chain

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

4. Customer-centric attitude with a sales-oriented mindset

5. Basic knowledge of optical retail systems and eye testing equipment
