You'll help clients solve complex HR challenges and support them in achieving strategic people goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop HR strategies and business plans for public and private sector clients in consumer, retail and new age organizations. Design and deliver transformation initiatives, focusing on organizational structure, skills, culture, and performance. Improve HR function efficiency by challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities. Implement future-state HR functions with a focus on employee experience. Develop and execute leadership development programs and culture change initiatives. Facilitate learning and development programs through workshops and labs. Support executive talent acquisition efforts.

What You Offer:

MBA - HR from Premier B-School. 1-3 years of relevant consulting experience. Strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to engage stakeholders and manage organizational change.
