"Job Title: Identity and Access Management Engineer Level 2

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer at Level 2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions that align with our security policies and business needs. Your expertise will contribute to a seamless user experience while upholding the highest levels of data integrity.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather IAM requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Provide overall leadership to administer and support Directory, Authentication and Provisioning Services, including SSO, Federation, LDAP, Auto Provisioning, and related complex infrastructures.
Provide overall leadership to manage multiple instances, managing replication, schema administration, troubleshooting performance issues, and other support tasks.
Provide architecture level expertise to IAM solution design and implementation.
Apply advanced systems/infrastructure concepts to define, design, and implement highly complex technologies that manage the integration of identity data from multiple authoritative sources, user authentication and authorization, user account provisioning and de-provisioning, roles definition and assignment, and the delegated administration of these functions.
Propose, define, document, and implement highly complex system enhancements (software and hardware updates) that will improve the performance and reliability identity management and provisioning solutions.
Collaborate with Security, HR, and other related departments to effectively manage enrollment and disenrollment procedures and comply especially regarding the specific requirements of these procedures.
Design and deploy an identity management systems and software environment that is highly available, fault tolerant, scalable, and meets business needs.
Respond to customers questions related to the IAM Program and provide guidance when required on entitlement issues.
Makes recommendations for purchase or upgrade of new computer hardware and software.
Identify opportunities for potential work process improvements and make recommendations to management.
Participate in quality assurance measures and support all auditing requirements.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures and documentation.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to identity and access management and cybersecurity.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Five or more years hands-on experience in design, and implementation of an application using AD, LDAP, PING Federation, FIM, ADFS, OIM, OAM, ODSEE, OIF, and other related technologies.
Five or more years of experience with web, middleware, DB platforms and SOA/REST/Web Services, etc.
Five or more years of overall IT experience in a software development environment
Strong knowledge of IAM technologies such as IGA/SSO/MFA/RBAC, IAM Platform Configuration & Support, File Server Administration, Active Directory Management & Administration, AD & Other LDAP based migrations, New Application & Federation, Provisioning, Token Management and Cryptography & Enterprise Key Management.
Experience migrating applications across between Identity Management solutions.
Strong knowledge of information security with concentration in Identity and Access Management
Substantial experience with LINUX, Windows and UNIX systems.
Familiarity with web servers, load balancers, firewalls, and DNS.
Experience developing and maintaining secure web applications.
