Developer

In this role, you would be responsible for providing development services during regular hours.

Responsibilities

:

Deliver simple to moderate .NET development tasks for WCF Web service, ASP.NET Web API, VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC and Windows Forms

Deliver simple to moderate T-SQL development tasks, including stored procedures and SQL jobs

Perform diagnostics using the debugging tools of Visual Studio

Perform application diagnostics using database logs, event viewer logs and IIS logs

Write unit testing using MS Unit or

NUnit

Know how to execute and analyze execution of stored procedure in SQL Server

Understand basic .NET terminologies and their usages like class, object, properties, types, generics, etc.

Understand basic SQL terminologies and their usages like table, indexes, keys, stored procedure, user-defined functions, triggers

Understand and possess basic OOP knowledge (SOLID is a plus)

Perform UI development using HTML, ASP Classic, CSS

Perform front-end development using JavaScript, jQuery, VBScript

Understand and possess basic data notations like XML, JSON and SOAP

Additional responsibilities shall include contributing to designing and detailing of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from client from time to time.

Provide testing support as and when required.

Seek and resolve production problems with new insights

Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status

update

, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc.

Experience in the following:

SQL Server 2012 to 2019 (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions and Jobs)

Visual Studio 2008 to 2019

IIS 6.0 to 8.0

.NET Framework (2.0 to 4.8)

.NET (ASP.NET, C#.NET, VB.NET, WCF, ASP.NET Web API, Core)

ASP Classic

VBScript

JavaScript/jQuery

HTML/HTML5

CSS/CSS3

XML, JSON, SOAP

Proficient in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with strong experience in design, analysis, and development.

Knowledge in AWS cloud development (containerized applications such as ECS/EKS, dockers, lambda,

Eventbridge

and messaging such as SQS and SNS.

BE/B Tech/MCA with relevant work experience

Candidate with relevant development experience

Preferred Qualification:

Passionate about technology, problem solving, ability to adapt new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge

Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical

briefing

& demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the client
