About The Client:
Saint-Gobain designs, manufactures, and distributes materials and solutions which are key ingredients for Mirror Glass
Essential Job Functions:

• Design and develop robust, scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive architectural decisions, system design, and integration strategies.
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline, manage deployments, and contribute to DevOps improvements.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Assign and track tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery in agile sprints.
• Conduct performance reviews and support team members' growth and skill development.

Qualifications:

• Experience Required: 5 - 8 years of experience.
• Education: BSC IT, BCA, MCA

Functional Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to work closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, UX/UI Designers, and Business Analysts.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and solutions.
• Ensure alignment between technical decisions and business goals.

Behavioral Skills/Competencies:

• Active participation in Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Ensuring team velocity and sprint commitments are met.
• Encourage Agile values like transparency, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Clearly communicate technical decisions and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Present status updates, risk assessments, and delivery timelines.
• Handle client expectations with diplomacy and clarity.
