4-8 years of experience in leading and managing MS Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail project.
Experience of D365 Commerce / AX 20212 Retail implementations and support.
Experience of rollouts, deployments, upgrade.
Experience of configure/setting up new stores, store migrations.
Experience and strong working knowledge across the Retail and Commerce and supporting modules and Microsoft products.
Order to cash, Inventory, products, variants, attributes, Catalogs, assortments, pricing, and discounts, Online/Brick & Mortar channel configuration
Experience of configuration and troubleshooting of POS setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, hardware station, MPOS.
Distributed Order Management (DOM) and Intelligent Order Management (IOM)
Data migration, data management and FastTrack go-live assessment
Good exposure to Finance & SCM domains and industry knowledge.
Ability to identify risks, issues, find solution and plan/manage them.
Good at client interactions, able to set & manage stakeholder expectation.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Good experience of working in multi-vendor environment.
Should be okay with Onsite-Offshore Global Delivery Model.
