II. JOB PURPOSE
Under supervision to provide & ensure direct or indirect accurate medical attention to all patients
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities

• Specialized physician sees and treats patients who suffer from any gastrointestinal issues.
• Doctors specialize in this field, so they are qualified to diagnose and treat any disorders, diseases, or irregularities that pertain to the digestive tract. Primary care physicians usually refer patients to gastroenterologists.

Gastroenterologists must be experts in their field as patients come to them for proper diagnosis and relief from the problems that are plaguing their health. * Doctors, they may perform any number of tests on patients, including blood work, colonoscopies, and endoscopies. They must be adept at performing these tests and reading the results so that they can convey to patients what their problems may be.

• To be well groomed, punctual and adhere to company policies and practices.
• To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
• To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
• To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
• To Comply with patient safety policy

To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal

• IV. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Measurable Deliverables

• Timely installation, commissioning and taking over of building utilities, equipments and hospital projects.
• Cost of maintenance -within 4% of capital cost or as agreed on an annual basis.
• Maintenance of equipments with minimum downtime-98% uptime or as agreed.
• Cost of utilities within agreed/budgeting cost.
• 100% statutory compliance

V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
DM Gastroenterology
Experience
Preferably with 2-4 or more years of experience.
