Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Microsoft Power Platform!
In this role, you will leverage the Power Platform\'s components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents, to build customized applications and automation solutions that address specific business needs. A Microsoft Power Platform Engineer is a professional who specializes in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft\'s Power Platform, which is a suite of tools and services for creating custom applications, automating workflows, and analyzing data.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions that leverage the Microsoft Power Platform to address business challenges.
- Application Development: Build custom applications using Power Apps, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portal apps, to deliver user-friendly interfaces and functionality.
- Workflow Automation: Create and automate workflows using Power Automate (formerly Flow) to streamline business processes and integrate with various systems and services.
- Data Analysis: Develop data models and dashboards in Power BI to enable data-driven decision-making, data visualization, and reporting.
- Chatbot Development: Design and build chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents to enhance customer engagement and support.
- Data Integration: Integrate the Power Platform with other Microsoft products (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications to ensure data consistency and availability.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, access controls, and compliance standards to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and perform testing and quality assurance procedures to ensure that solutions are reliable, scalable, and free of defects.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for solutions, including system design, workflows, and configuration details.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users and colleagues to ensure they can effectively use Power Platform solutions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform \xe2\x80\x93 Power Apps including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and portal apps
- Experience with creating and automating workflows using Power Automate
- Experience with developing data models and dashboards in Power BI
- Experience with designing and building chatbots and virtual agents Power Virtual Agents
- Experience with integrating the Power Platform with other Microsoft products (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365) and third-party applications
- Testing and Quality Assurance
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Programming/Scripting Languages: C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Preferred Certifications: Developing business applications with PowerApps and Power Automate ( MS PL-900)
