Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Microsoft Power Automate Developer & Support
In this role, you will be developing robotic processes using Microsoft Power Automate
Responsibilities:
Development on Power platform for Enhancements
Incident Management for issues to be reported
Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3)
Perform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidents
Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
Update incident management tool with required details
Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required
Work on Change requests during idle time
we need Candidates who has knowledge on Power Platform which contains.
Power Automate
Power Apps ( Canvas app, Model Driven App and Dataverse)
Java Script Or PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon (Badshahpur)

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Applications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script / PCF
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
Preferred qualifications
Experience in IT / ITSM project
MS Power Platform Certification
