We are looking for a

Consultant

(reporting to the Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant) with

5 - 10 years

of work experience in government advisory bodies.

Base Location - Mumbai, Maharashtra

Responsibility

Demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder coordination with government departments, investors, and agencies. Manage investment promotion initiatives and investor facilitation activities. Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders. Prepare clear, concise, and policy-relevant reports, briefs, and collaterals. Provide coordination and documentation

support for meetings.

Prepare reports, briefs, feasibility notes, pitch decks, and collaterals with clear, concise, and policy-relevant content. Represent the state maritime board in key meetings of Government departments and other stakeholders. Evaluate infrastructure projects, including gap analysis, strategy formulation, clearances, and design review.

Desired Candidate Profile

A master's degree in planning from a Government-Recognised institution or equivalent qualification is acceptable. 0-2 years of professional work experience Preference for the candidates with exposure to: Maritime sector projects (ports, waterways, jetties, harbours, marinas, terminals). Government advisory/consulting assignments. Basic knowledge of PPP transaction processes, feasibility studies, and bid management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to structure, prioritize, and work through strict timelines. Proficiency in English (Compulsory). Immediate Joiners Preferred
