About the Project
PATH is implementing the Johnson & Johnson supported "Dual activation program" in urban poor communities across 3 cities jointly targeting vulnerable youth population and frontline healthcare workers. This initiative aims to deliver upskilling on 3Cs to 15,000 frontline healthcare workers in the states of Delhi, Maharashtra and Telangana, scaling up the "Take Charge Against TB" dual activation program through mobilizing corporate philanthropic funding as per government mandate, inclusive of J&J "seed" co-investment funding
Position Summary:
PATH seeks to engage a qualified Consultant - MEAL Expert to support the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) components of the project. The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing a robust MEAL framework, conducting ongoing monitoring based on defined KPIs, and contributing to scientific documentation and dissemination efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Design a comprehensive MEAL framework tailored to the project's objectives, including models to assess the impact of interventions on TB diagnosis and care.
Lead monitoring and evaluation activities, including the development of periodic and final reports.
Track project performance against key indicators and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Support the development of scientific outputs such as abstracts, manuscripts, and presentations for dissemination at relevant forums.
Education Qualification, Experience and Required Skills
Master's degree in Public Health or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in public health program management, with a strong focus on tuberculosis-related projects.
Proven expertise in monitoring and evaluation, including the development of tools, indicators, and reporting systems.
Experience in scientific writing and documentation for knowledge sharing and advocacy.
Familiarity with the National Tuberculosis Elimination Program (NTEP) and public health systems in India is highly desirable.
