Position - Logistics Consultant (Contractual basis)

About Company - Leading Japan IT MNC dealing in public and private sector
Third Party Payroll - Headsup Corporation
Tenure - 1 Year (Extendable, depends upon performance)
Domain of Expertise:
- Road transportation logistics
- Port, shipping and waterways
- Air cargo management
- Railway freight management
- Multimodal logistics
- Customs and PGA compliance process
- EXIM documentation and certification process
- Commodity-specific logistics processes and challanges
- Key govt initiatives in Indian Logistics
- Global best practices
Scope :
- Identification of problems . gaps in India\'s logistics sector
- Primary and secondary research
- Discussion with Industry leaders
- Diagnose the underlying causes
- Identify the use-cases where data can play greater role
- Identification of data sources which are helpful for the trade in digitization / automation.
- Define approaches for developing the use-cases.
- Report and presentation preparation
Experience:
- Atleast 10years of experience in logistics or related sector
- Sound knowledge on technologies and their application in Logistics sector
