What is the work?

Configure and manage

ArgoCD

for multi-environment continuous deployments. Design and implement

Argo Workflows

for CI/CD automation and operational pipelines. Develop

Kustomize overlays

for configuration management and environment segregation. Ensure deployments are fully declarative, version-controlled, and reproducible. Build and maintain

production-grade Kubernetes clusters

using YAML manifests. Design

scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant

architectures following cloud-native best practices. Implement

Prometheus and AlertManager

for cluster monitoring and alerting. Troubleshoot cluster-level issues including networking, scaling, and resource utilization. Work closely with development and DevOps teams to align infrastructure design with project needs. Conduct

reviews of ArgoCD configurations, Kustomize structures, and workflow setups

. Document infrastructure architecture, deployment workflows, and operational runbooks. Mentor junior engineers on GitOps, Kubernetes, and automation practices.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

3+ years of hands-on Kubernetes experience

in production-grade environments. Proven expertise in

ArgoCD setup, management, and troubleshooting.

Practical experience creating and managing

Argo Workflows

for automation tasks. Strong understanding of

YAML configuration management

and

Kustomize templating.

Proficiency with

Prometheus

and

AlertManager

monitoring stacks. Solid grasp of Kubernetes

networking, RBAC, secrets management

, and

security policies.

Demonstrated ability to

troubleshoot production issues

and propose preventive measures. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team problem-solving. Experience integrating

Helm

and Kustomize for hybrid configurations. Knowledge of

service mesh

tools such as Istio or Linkerd. Familiarity with

CI/CD systems

(GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.). Exposure to

cloud providers

like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Hands-on with

Infrastructure-as-Code tools

(Terraform, Pulumi).
