Inviting applications for the role of Consultant-

Java, Selenium & Playwright

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with strong expertise in Java-based automation and hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright. The candidate will contribute to end-to-end automation, ensuring robust, scalable, and modern test frameworks.

Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Playwright.

Automate UI & API test cases using modern automation tools and design patterns.

Write reusable, efficient, and scalable test scripts for cross-browser and cross-platform testing.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure full test coverage.

Incorporate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Troubleshoot failures, identify root causes, and recommend improvements.

Mentor junior testers on automation best practices and tools.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

Strong proficiency in Java and OOP concepts.

Deep experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit.

Hands-on automation experience using Playwright (Java or JS bindings).

Familiarity with modern automation design patterns (Page Object Model, Page Factory, Fluent API).

Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Good understanding of API automation (Rest Assured preferred).

Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred qualifications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.

Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, certifications) are a plus.
