You are required to have skills in the following areas :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and with 5 - 6 years of experience in IT Operations
  • Experience in SD Tools development, configuration, and administration
  • Thorough understanding and knowledge of ITIL concepts, tools, and technology
  • Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies (Java Scripting, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, ), PowerShell, SaaS applications, network operations (networks, protocols and email [SMTP, POP3])
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases
  • Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control, and deployment
Responsibilities: Responsibilities for ManageEngine & SummitAI (SD Tools) administrator-
  • Develop clear and concise technical & process documentation
  • Understand new SD Tools features and unused module functionality to drive tool expansion and adoption
  • Custom development, configuration, and testing, including developing customizations in SD Tools to meet project objectives and business needs Service operations and escalated support, assisting in the management of our SD Tools service, including core
  • configuration, user administration, core application administration and service request administration and upgrades, Asset Management, etc.
  • Investigate technical solutions and coordinate with support teams to validate the accuracy of the online support documentation
  • Assist in the investigation and implementation of Service Desk infrastructure improvement projects
  • Collaborate with Internal & Customer team members to look for ways to continuously improve our enterprise platform-related processes
  • Provide visibility to the performance and issues related to Discovery
  • Knowledge of development tools (JavaScript, web services, HTMS, CSS) will be an added advantage
  • Connect with Vendor (ZOHO/Symphony) for any issues regarding SD Tools and sort them within customer SLA
  • Co-ordinate with Customers & Vendors to solve any queries, to perform any upgrade
  • Work with Service Asset & Configuration Management and Asset Management customer teams to deliver expanded
  • Managing CMDB health by using Discovery (or equivalent methods) to support Assets and Configuration
  • Data extract from SD Tools into Import Template format or other formats for reporting
