You need to be a HODLer of these

  • Strong skills on Operating systems, H/W and S/W troubleshooting steps.
  • Employee On/Off Boarding.
  • Good Knowledge in Identity Access Management.
  • Managing MDM administration( Windows,Mac,IOS & Android ).
  • IT certification if any an advantage eg. ITIL, MCSA/MCP.
  • Basic Knowledge about SaaS based applications Management (AD,Teams (or) Slack), how they work, Manage and support SaaS installations and user access. Assist with user queries and troubleshooting related to SaaS software.
  • Good documentation skills (SOP, process oriented)
  • Skills to manage assets and process oriented work.
  • Basic skills of Change management and Incident management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable and flexible when necessary.
  • Willing to relocate and travel if needed.
  • Basic knowledge about Anti-Virus softwares.
  • Hands on Experience/ Knowledge for any Wireless Access Points.
  • Good understanding about using ticketing tools i.e. JIRA, Manage Engine Service Desk,Service Now.
  • Should possess knowledge about Networking basics like, VLAN, LAN, Public or Private IP range, OSI Layers.
You will be mining through these tasks
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues on Endpoints and networks.
  • 4-6 years in IT/ITS or fintech working experience.
  • Be an L1 support for end user support by assisting them with endpoint and network related issues.
  • Analyze the problem statement and have capability to resolve this.
  • Logging all support interactions and activities in a ticketing system, including initial contact, diagnostic steps taken, and resolutions provided, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Recognizing when issues require escalation to higher-level support teams (L2/L3) or specialized groups for further investigation and resolution, and appropriately escalating tickets while ensuring users are kept informed of the status
  • Following up with users to ensure that reported issues have been satisfactorily resolved and providing additional assistance or guidance as needed.
  • Monitoring system alerts and performance indicators to identify potential issues proactively, and generating reports on support metrics, ticket trends, and user satisfaction levels as required.
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and security protocols when handling user data, accessing systems, and performing support tasks to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Capacity to continuously learn and thrive towards permanent fix of problems.
  • Installations of applications through GUI/ CLI modes.
