Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role requires strong expertise in data visualization, reporting, data modeling, and a solid understanding of database technologies.processes.
What a typical day looks like:
Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions (dashboards, reports, scorecards) using tools such as Tableau, Power BI.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity in BI reporting solutions.
Build and optimize data models to support efficient report generation and analysis.
Provide technical support and training to business users for effective use of BI tools.
Monitor BI systems performance and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in BI and data analytics.
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau is highly preferrable
Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, etc.) will be added value
Certifications in Tableau, PowerBI will be added value
