About the internship
The role is evidently focused on resolving customer complaints & queries related to payroll or any taxation part.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely fashion
2. Understand and manage personal performance (including productivity, quality, on-time login, and SLA for complaints) on a daily basis
3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client\'s products and services
