We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated

Intensivist & Anesthetist

to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive critical care management, administering anesthesia services for surgical procedures, and ensuring optimal patient safety and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:As an Intensivist:

Provide round-the-clock clinical management for ICU patients. Lead the multidisciplinary ICU team and participate in daily clinical rounds. Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients requiring ventilatory, hemodynamic, renal, and neurological support. Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial line insertion, and bedside ultrasound. Develop and implement evidence-based critical care protocols. Communicate effectively with patient families regarding clinical condition and treatment plans. Coordinate with consulting specialists for comprehensive patient care.

As an Anesthetist:

Administer anesthesia for elective and emergency surgeries across specialties. Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluation and optimize patient condition prior to surgery. Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage any complications. Provide post-anesthesia care, pain management, and recovery room monitoring. Maintain accurate and complete anesthesia records.

Qualifications & Requirements:

MBBS with MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology / Critical Care Medicine. Fellowship in Critical Care (preferred). Valid medical registration with relevant councils. Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in ICU and anesthesiology departments (freshers with strong clinical exposure may also apply). Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.

Skills Required:

Expertise in airway management and emergency resuscitation. Proficiency in ventilator management and critical care protocols. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with quick decision-making. Knowledge of advanced anesthesia techniques and pain management.
