esign, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with WSP's learning objectives. C
onsult and collaborate with global subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions. S
elect and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences. E
valuate the effectiveness of learning materials and experiences and make necessary revisions. S
tay up-to-date on the latest learning trends and technologies. D
evelop and maintain relationships with external learning providers, where appropriate. P
rovide guidance and support to other members of the Learning and Development team. M
anage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. W
ork independently and as part of a team. S
ound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles. A
dvanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset. A
ct as a subject matter expert in digital learning and content creation. W
