Organization: Kotak Education Foundation

Consultant HRMS for HR Intervention.

Deliverables:

1. Test Case Development & Documentation

? Create detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios for all HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll,

Benefits, Attendance, Recruitment, Performance, Compensation).

? Develop positive, negative, boundary, integration, and regression test cases.

? Document preconditions, test data, expected results, and acceptance criteria.

? Ensure test cases align with HR policies, statutory compliances, and system configurations.

2. Test Execution & Defect Management

? Execute test scenarios in SIT, UAT, and pre-production environments.

? Identify, log, and track defects using tools.

? Coordinate with HR, IT, and vendor teams to retest and validate fixes.

? Maintain testing evidence, screenshots, and sign-off documents.

3. Continuous Improvement & Documentation

? Update test case repositories for reusability in future releases.

? Document process flows and SOPs for new features or modules.

? Propose improvements to test coverage, test efficiency, and HRMS workflows.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
