Digital discovery needs to be a new way of discovering opportunities and also enable human led discovery with new technology usage This role will be responsible for delivery of opportunities into the backlog by using both Digital and Human led discovery Role will be working with the business stakeholders for a specific CBA and business analyst as dedicated delivery team The role will
Responsible for working with the business and technology for backlog grooming
The span of the role is further increasing to create an in house Digital Discovery Capability
Deliver Digital and Human Led discovery
Drive Simplification and Operational Insights for the assigned CBA
Engage senior stakeholders Operations and Transformation Leads for the assigned CBA for backlog creation
Responsible for delivery of opportunities into backlog in advance
Knowledge and experience
Good understanding of agile methodologies with experience of working in an agile
Experience of RPA lifecycle
Extensive Experience of processes like Discovery Assessment IPA
Understanding of Retail Banking Operations
Good knowledge of various Customer Journeys and Products offered in Retail Banking
Good understanding and awareness of various Digital Discovery Tools
An excellent track record of meeting objectives within deadlines
A self starter with strong commercial drive
A strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of wider issues impacting the financial services industry
Evidence of well developed leadership skills
A comprehensive knowledge of bank systems would be an advantage

Purpose of job
Accountable for a CBA to align with the business stakeholders to actively develop automations which deliver the right outcomes for our customers and the CBA
Discovering and validating real customer and business value automation opportunities for the respective CBA
Proactive identification and effective management and or escalation of Risks within the delivery
Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure a healthy pipeline of opportunities for their respective CBA
Responsible for continuously re prioritising and re ordering the backlog
Collaborates and sets expectations with product owners and stakeholders
Works with multiple CJMs to establish
Education: Any Graduate
