We are looking for a Lean / Operational Excellence Consultant with strong execution experience in Lean and OPEX tools. The role involves working closely with manufacturing clients to implement productivity improvement and world-class manufacturing practices.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver on-site Lean and Operational Excellence consulting at client locations
Conduct deep-dive assessments and identify improvement opportunities
Execute Lean & OPEX tools such as 5S, Kaizen, TPM, VSM, OEE, SMED
Prepare project proposals, reports, presentations, and case studies
Work directly with clients to design and implement customized Lean solutions
Support improvement initiatives related to productivity, cost, inventory, maintenance, and change management
Required Experience & Skills
3-4 years of hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing / Operational Excellence execution
Strong practical knowledge of Lean tools and techniques
Working knowledge of TPM, TQM, and business process improvement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business Management
Ability to manage end-to-end improvement projects
Comfortable working at both shop-floor and management levels
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
AutoCAD knowledge for plant layout design will be an added advantage
